Oh Schishkabob!! What is this Lump?

Before the Biopsy, Before the Opinions & Panic—What’s Your Plan?

Schiskabob. That’s the sound my brain made when I found the lump. Like someone had shoved a skewer through my plans, my peace, my entire nervous system—twisting everything on the stick of What does this mean? and What now?

It wasn’t just a lump. It was a full-body, full-life interruption. And just like that, I was no longer thinking clearly—I was spinning. Googling. Panicking. Wondering if I had done something wrong.

This blog is for the women who’ve had that moment. Or the ones who know that that moment could show up in their lives and they already know they’re not choosing fear-based medicine—but still get hit by the whirlwind of opinions, urgency, and emotional overload.

Before the test, before the biopsy. Before the pressure.

Let’s pause and make a plan that honors your inner knowing.

An Invitation to the Women Who Already Know…

You’re not here to be convinced.

You’re not here to be swayed, scared, or sold.

You already know: you would never choose chemo. Radiation. Mastectomy. Biopsy.

Not from fear—but from clarity.

Your gut says a hard “no.”

That is your intuition. That is life within you—awake and alive.

Advantage: You

This is for the woman who knows her body is not a battlefield.

For the woman who’s heard the white coats and second opinions and said, “Thank you—but no.”

For the woman who understands: the body is not broken—it’s broadcasting.

But even when you know... the moment comes:

A lump or a routine scan. The call. The diagnosis. The shock.

And suddenly, the entire system kicks in—all at once, like a synchronized swarm:

“Start treatment immediately.”“We have to act fast.”“If you don’t, you’re choosing to die.”

Fear. Panic. Protocol. Pressure. All disguised as care.

So you go online, searching for alternative support. And what do you find?

Someone else just posted in the same situation. And then you see 199 comments.

199 pieces of conflicting advice. 199 voices shouting over each other:

  • Keto or vegan? Meat or Juices or even just water!

  • Apricot seeds.

  • Soursop tea.

  • DNA tests.

  • Ivermectin.

  • Mistletoe.

  • No biopsy—but maybe a lumpectomy.

  • Vitamin C—too much, or not enough?

  • Don’t eat sugar—but don’t stress.

  • Do everything.

  • Don’t do it alone. Avoid groups.

Suddenly, the sovereignty you held becomes smothered beneath suggestions.

This is not support. This is system overload.

For the Sake of being overwhelmed reading this

Now, we can talk about money.

Even before a confirmed diagnosis—a cost vector activates:

Imaging. Biopsies. Referrals. Follow-ups. More testing. Travel. Missed work. Medications.

And if you say no to conventional care? Most holistic support isn’t covered by insurance, so cost is alll out of pocket.

I’ve walked this road.

When my former partner found a lump on his neck, he already didn't trust the Doctors, so he chose the holistic path. He went through a dozen practitioners, all offering different protocols. Thousands spent on travel, remedies, energy work, tools & diets.

But the lump kept growing.

One visit to the medical system he received a shocking diagnosis and an even more shocking treatment plan; Refusig that brought about second and third opinions; followed by a treatment whirlwind.

Four months later: "cancer-free." But also $25,000 USD in unpaid medical debt.

He wasn’t alone. Millions navigate this unspoken financial terrain each year and end up filing bankruptcy.

No one warns you: the emotional shock is only half of it.The financial shock hits just as hard.

What If You Didn’t Need Another Protocol?

What if you didn’t need more opinions, more supplements, or more advice?

What if, instead, you came home to your own inner frequency?

What if there was a space—a sanctuary—where:

  • You could spend 3 days learning what actually creates breast adaptations

  • You’d recognize symptoms that show if you are in stress or if you're in a healing phase

  • You’d fully understand and realize exactly how to navigate simply if you ever needed to

Because you don’t need to fight “the cancer.” You need to simply understand the predictable process.

When you’re sovereign, you’re strategic.

You make the plan before the panic.

You hold your knowing and navigate both symptoms and finances—with clarity.

What Does Deanna Teach?

One of the most profound shifts you can make is stepping into the lens of German New Medicine (GNM), or Germanic Healing Knowledge.

This isn’t an “alternative therapy.”

It’s a paradigm shift.

It removes the idea of illness as mistake—and replaces it with biological logic.

Not malfunctioning—metamorphosing like a butterfly.

There is no enemy. There is only process.

And within that process… is power...is freedom!

GNM teaches you not to manage symptoms—but to decode their meaning.

It gives you back authorship. It reminds you: Your body has never forgotten how to heal.

And even better, healing doesn’t have to be heavy

It doesn’t need to be grim, sterile, or joyless.

Healing is not punishment. It’s a miracle in motion.

Like birth, it may stretch you.

It may bring tears.

But it is the most natural, miraculous act of life itself.

During our retreats, there will be:
