There is a moment when everything begins to slow…
And then… you feel it.
The exhale you didn’t realize you were holding.
If you’ve found your way here, there’s likely a reason.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
The Sanctuary of the Inner Song
The Sanctuary was not created overnight.
It was lived into… over time.

For over 20 years, I carried a quiet vision of a “house of healing”—
a space where people could come, exhale, and simply be supported.
I didn’t fully know what it would look like then…
but I knew how it would feel.

That vision began to take shape in a very simple way—
offering space, rest, and care to someone who needed it.

I saw what happened when a person was given time to soften…
to be held without expectation…
to just breathe again.

It changed something.
And I knew this kind of space mattered.

Over time, my work deepened.
Learning German New Medicine brought clarity to everything I had been sensing—
it gave language and structure to what I had already been living and witnessing.
And with that… the vision expanded.

Five years ago, I stepped into what I thought would be a small renovation…
just a few updates to my childhood home.

A home where five children were raised.
A place that held both memories… and moments where I didn’t always feel safe—
where I often found myself retreating outside to find space and calm.

What I thought would be a simple project…
became something much deeper.

An unexpected transformation.

Thousands of hours.
Hands-on work.
Moments of overwhelm.
Moments of deep trust.
Not always knowing how it would come together…
but knowing deeply that it would.

And somewhere along the way…
I realized this wasn’t just a renovation of a home.

It was a quiet renovation within me.

One day, while working in what used to be my childhood bedroom,
I found a single word etched into the wall:

PEACE

And slowly…
That is exactly what this space became.

A home filled with warmth, wood, light, and intention.
A space that feels both grounding and open.

Surrounded by nature—
The Adirondack Mountains, the river just steps away,
places to walk, to reflect, to see things from a different vantage point.
This is The Sanctuary.

Not a program.
Not a concept.
A real place…
created with care, patience, and presence.

And now, it exists to support you.

Whether you come for a session, a group experience, or simply to connect…
This space holds what I have always known to be true:
When we are given the right environment—
calm, support, and understanding—
the body begins to shift.
The mind softens.
And something deeper begins to realign.

They often come searching for answers…
And what they begin to find—
is themselves.

Perfectly perfect… for everything they’ve been through.

And somewhere along the way…
this became clear to me too—
This is why I am here.

To walk alongside you…
as you begin to understand, soften, and find your way back to yourself—
safely, and in your own time.

Oh my! Thank you Deanna,
I have not laughed like that in over a year.
I can't wait to come back with my kids.
I need to schedule this in to my life.
In just an overnight I am feeling refreshed & reset.

This is a gentle 30-minute space for us to connect and get a feel for each other.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you—what your body has been experiencing, what life has felt like lately, and even the things you love or are longing for more of.

From there, we can explore what a visit to the Sanctuary might look like for you, and when it might feel right to come.

Nothing is decided in this call.
It’s simply a space to connect… and feel into what’s next.
