My name is Deanna. I have lived in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains for all my life and the natural connection to earth has been a foundation.

I have been curious since a little gal... I can remember always asking "Why, why why?" and questioning the norm. When I came across German New Medicine, it was one of those Ahhh Haaa moments!

Up Your Vibe has been a vision of mine for a few years. I wanted a place where people could go for positive, no fear resources. A place where people can be themselves with out judgement, get help and support.
